To be: Couple of losers

I've gained weight. My boyfriend noticed also that he's gained some weight too. So we decided we could lose some of it together since we've gained it together: So we'll be losers together.

There's so much before/after-photos of people who have been overweight and are still a little overweight in the after and I'm kind of tired of that. But last night I found one instagram user with pictures where she's been just improving her posture! Before and after, weight was almost the same, but she was just more muscular and more beautiful. And what was best in her account: there was a pic with her boyfriend and they had done some sports together and they'd become vegans, how cool is that!

I'm so looking forward to our project! We'll go maybe geocaching or make some walks with our cameras. Personally I'll start doing my own 7 minute trainings at first, then I'll do some Jillian Michaels' workout (maybe 30 day shred) and then I should be in that phase where I can be active without apps or programmes.

Even though I'm enthusiastic about this weight loss thing, I still feel very stressed and anxious. Today I did so many things: I went to school, did some grocery shopping, cooked, studied, did some pre-homework... And there's no thing I should've done today! Still, I feel anxious. Maybe it's because of the future.
